The early weeks of the season showed that Greg Perry was going to be one of the cars to beat in the Pure Stock season, but it’s not certain that he knew it would be his teammate, Danny Massa Jr., who would be his closest challenger. After a rough night late in the summer, the title battle closed up, and Perry would have to finish strong to earn the crown. He didn’t need to win often, because his consistency was enough to earn him his first track title by 12 points over Massa. Behind the teammates, Doug Benoit, the 2018 champion, would finish third.
