By Kyle Souza — SEEKONK, Mass. — Ryan Lineham finished an impressive season in the Seekonk Late Models by capturing the victory in the 50 lap main event on Saturday. Behind the wheel of his International CDL No. 1, Lineham started on the outside pole and was in contention for the whole race.
The middle portion of the feature was a battle between Rookie of the Year contenders Ryan Kuhn and Jake Johnson. However, when Kuhn cut a tire in the lead, it was Johnson who took control heading for the final laps. On a restart that came as part of a green-white-checkered finish, it was Johnson down low and Lineham up high as the field hit the green.
They went side-by-side for the final two laps, until Lineham got the edge when Johnson got sideways entering turn three. Vinny Arrenegado Jr. put his No. 17 three-wide on the bottom and Johnson got sideways after contact, which allowed Lineham to take the lead and drive off into the night and into Victory Lane.

Behind Lineham, while others crashed, Tommy Adams came home with a second place finish, while Dan Johnson finished third. Ryan Morgan and Jake Johnson rounded out the top five.
