  The Outlaw – Daniel Massa – took his second win on the season, but this one was the Special. He led the DAV Memorial from green to checkers and battled Greg Perry the entire distance. Perry ran in the runnerup’s spot from the starter’s box to the finishing line but could not quite solve the problem presented by a very fast Massa. CHOUINARD WINS FINAL MINI-CUP EVENT

  The final Mini-Cup event at Seekonk Speedway went to newly-crowned division champ Ava Chouinard who jumped off the pole and led from green to checkers. Maddie Harkin had been on the pole, but went into the infield as Michael Cooper and Zachary Levesque got together on the opening lap. Chouinard moved from the outside pole to the inside on the full-race restart. She grabbed the front on the green and held onto the lead through the checkers as the remainder of the race ran caution-free. Mike Lefort brought both cars, and decided before the race which one to run. He made the call which enabled him to come from outside the third row to the front.   Connor Souza had one impediment to a Bandolero Outlaw win: Maddie Harkin. Polesitter Harkin led the first lap, but got wide and Souza leveraged it into a pass to the front. Harkin was unable to settle to the low side and Tyler Tomassi jolted past before she could. Maddie dropped in front of Emma Monahan for third.
