Moretti, Bissell, Donovan and Belcher claim Fast Friday wins. Chouinard, Pacheco, Dion and Rolando claim Fast Friday Titles.

Following a one week hiatus due to rain, the “Fast Friday” series at Seekonk Speedway wrapped up its 2011 season on September 30^th. In the SYRA 600 class, Chase Belcher picked up the victory while Curtis Rolando took home the title. In the SYRA 750s, Kaitlyn Donovan notched another victory but Branden Dion clinched the championship. Chris Bissell notched his first career win in the Sport Four division and Kyle Pacheco ended his rookie campaign with the championship. In the headlining division, Randy Moretti won the feature, but Bill Chouinard finished second to secure the championship by just four points.

ISMA race rescheduled for Sunday Oct 2 !

The management of Kraze Korlacki Speed Equipment & Seekonk Speedway, announce the re-scheduling of the Racing Against Cancer 100 from Saturday to Sunday at 2pm. This change is made based on a review of all available weather data, and in full consideration and concern for our race fans and competitors. We ask that all who receive this to please share with all your friends by e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, etc. The track walk will proceed as scheduled unless changed by Racing Against Cancer; please check their web-site. The schedule for Sunday is the pits open at 9am; front gate at 11:30, practice at 12 noon, and the race program begins at 2pm. September 16^th at “The Action Track of the East,” Seekonk Speedway’s “Fast Friday” returned for the penultimate round of the season. In the features, Taylor Bowser, Kyle Pacheco, Branden Dion, Ryan Bigelow, and Bill Chouinard all notched victories in the SYRA 600, Sport Four, SYRA 750, NEMA Lites, and Pure Stock divisions.
