Sport 4 Season Kicks off Sunday!

Devin Miranda faced some adversary last year, but he persevered and picked up his first championship in the Sport4 division. He also picked up the Phil’s Propane Triple Crown Championship, keeping everything in place. What did he do over the winter? He went through the car and made sure he was ready for a new challenge. Who will be challenging the Taunton native?
Tyler Boudreau tied for second in the standings, and picked up a win. Not bad for a rookie year. His original plan was to go touring with the mini stocks, but it looks as he will have 2014 to improve on his impressive rookie season.
Henry Lavallee finished second in points two years ago and fourth last year. His consistency has been there, but the wins haven’t. What does he need to get back to the checkered first? A little good luck and a little more power.
Lenny Sousa is all set to challenge for the title this season. With a little more luck and timing, he will find himself where he wants to be.
Michael Glad was strong last year, one of the fastest. Sometimes you just need to slow down a little to go faster, and once he finds his groove, watch out.
Bob Henry started getting stronger and stronger as the season went on last year. This year practice has shown he’s taken the needed steps over the winter and is even better.
David Westgate returned after trying the Sport Trucks and Pure Stocks. He found the Sport4’s fit him well. Now, he just has to fine tune the new car and he will be back to his winning ways.
Gil Bradstreet will return for action in his Mustang, and will have the crosshairs out for the competition. Strong last year, but just a tic off pushed him this winter to make the changes needed. Gil is one of those competitors who can be found helping others get ready as well. Last year, he had a handful of cars at the track, and this year will be no different. Nick Mattera, his girlfriend Sam Mattera, Mikey LeFort and possibly others too will have TTM on their cars.
Chris Bissell struggled last year with Lil Blue, but didn’t give up. This year, he looks to continue the fight that brought him to the front a couple of years ago.
The Sport4’s are the fastest growing division at Seekonk. Be sure to check them out and find out why.
