LEMBO TAKES WIN IN SYRA 600

Joey Lembo overhauled Shea Kulpa on lap four of the SYRA 600 feature to take over the lead and continue at the front for the remainder of the race.  Kulpa held onto the second slot through the finish and Brandon Lillie came up to grab third.  The trio commanded the front for the remaining sixteen laps to the checkered flag in a race that ran green to the finish following a lap one caution restart.

Polesitter Kulpa came away from the restart after a spin by Cassie Meservey with Lembo on her bumper.  Lembo had a very fast car on the evening and moved rapidly away after securing the lead.  The entire top six of Lembo, Kulpa, Lillie, Derrick Debbis, David White and Sarah DeMello had been determined by the sixth circuit.

Kendra Levesque had held seventh place for nine laps before Maddison Birchall was able to get past.  Birchall held the slot for five of the six remaining laps before Thomas Morsehead was able to thread his way past on the final circuit to claim seventh.  Birchall held on to eighth and Levesque was ninth.  Doug Meservey completed the top ten on the 17-car field.
