Seekonk’s top tier division since 1984, this full-bodied class was divined by track founder D. Anthony Venditti in 1979. Pro Stocks average 13 seconds laps, circling the 1/3-mile oval at over 90mph, the fastest of our weekly competitors. The cars consist of a fully fabricated chassis under a fiberglass or aluminum late model-style body. They are powered by a spec GM crate engine with over 400 Hp running on 10-inch racing slicks. Drivers are required to have gained experience in Seekonk’s lower tier divisions or comparable racing experience to participate.
